There was SOMETHING about Vampire Weekend I didn’t like for the longest time. Something about how they sounded the majority of the time was just off-putting to me.
I had realized though, last year, that I never game them a proper chance. Turns out, this song was a bop, which I like very much, and it was the perfect one for me to come clean with that I had really missed some good songs by them because of my blanket indifference to them.

hahaha! Here’s to being open trying things we thought we wouldn’t like with open minds! Also, I love the irony of choosing of “I Stand Corrected”
A good reminder for me to let go of judgement and look at everything with fresh eyes!
